Jack is one of the nicest guys to work with! He did exactly what he said he would - and more... We only wish he was a general contractor again (his main focus is roofing). We would hire him a second for any home job. The roof looks amazing!!! Our neighbors have complimented us repeatedly. The fascia and woodwork also looks awesome. He was here all day and his crew is incredible. They are terrific guys, couldn't be nicer and the clean up was amazing. They had this magnetic thing that went over the property so no nails would be left behind!!! That's just an example of his "attention to detail". The price of the job was extremely reasonable and he was 100% accurate terms of job length, what to expect, etc.. There were no unhappy surprises. Zoe Renovation did a very good job when replaced my roof. It was leaking numerous places before, and it's dry as a bone now. They added additional ventilation to my attic via a roof vent and I could not be happier. I would certainly recommend Zoe and Mr. Murphy to anyone who needs roof work.

Would recommend someone be there case of unexpected problems or unexpected opportunities to rework old roofing problems such as venting or other issues that have easy solutions before the new roof is installed but become major once the new roof is on and sealed.

Jack was very professional, responsible and friendly. He always gave me a quick response when I need and tried to help us to find out special siding color with reasonable price. It was a very cold day when they came (Nov 20), but still, they only use one day to install my new roof and part of my sidings as well. Cleaned everything after sunset, just like they never came here before. Thanks to all of them. The only thing I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think my new roof doesn't lay flat some places. I asked him, he said over time they will lay flat. They are new and it has been chilly. Like blue jeans they need some time to get soft. (And some warmth). It is perfectly natural. Hope I can see my roof perfectly lay flat next year.
