Zoe Renovation was great; Jack was the only person to go up on my roof before giving me a quote. His quote was almost half of Home Depot and Lowes; I felt if one of the big stores did a bad job there business was not going to suffer. Jack however is an owner operator; he was on the job site the whole day and up on the roof while it was going on. I don’t think I would have seen the CEO of Home Depot or Lowes on my roof if I went with them. I would recommend Jack and Zoe Renovation to anyone; I am waiting to get a quote from him on my siding

I had three quotes. They were all slightly different in what they proposed, but it was clear by Jack's many years of experience that his made the most sense. I would have hired him even it wasn't the lowest bid as it was reasonable. He didn't oversell me on things I did not need. They did my very large roof in one day and the property was cleaner after they finished then before they started. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Jack Murphy of Zoe Renovation Inc. just completed an excellent job on our 1892 Dutch Colonial house with 2 1/2 stories and garage! We needed a total rip off of an old cedar roof, plus installation of the new roof. Although it was a complicated roof line with a few surprises, his team of skilled professionals performed like a well-oiled machine! It was amazing to watch them work.
